Warranty Information
All Qobesi pieces come with a 6-month craftsmanship warranty covering:
- structural issues (e.g., broken clasps, detached links)
- manufacturing faults
- problems related to soldering or assembly
Because our jewellery is handcrafted from 925 sterling silver, natural oxidization or minor surface scratches from daily wear are not considered defects, but they can be polished easily.
This warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water beyond normal wear
- lost pieces or missing stones from impact/falls
If you ever experience a craftsmanship issue, we are happy to inspect and repair your piece at no cost within the warranty period.
