QOBESI JEWELLERY - TERMS OF SERVICE

This page (together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced documents) sets out the terms and conditions under which we supply any of the products ("Products") listed on our online boutique www.qobesijewellery.com ("our site") to you. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance is confirmed when we email you with a Dispatch Confirmation.

The contract ("Contract") between us is formed only when the Dispatch Confirmation is sent. The Contract applies only to Products specified in the Dispatch Confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel orders containing errors in pricing or availability. In such cases, we will contact you with options to proceed or cancel the order.

4. Consumer Rights

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Availability & Delivery

Orders will be delivered within the estimated timeframe stated in the Dispatch Confirmation, typically within 15 working days unless otherwise stated.

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

6. Risk & Ownership

Products are your responsibility from the time of delivery. Ownership transfers to you once full payment has been received.

7. Price & Payment

Prices listed on our site are in your local currency and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are charged separately.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. We will verify prices before dispatching. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we are not obliged to honor the incorrect price.

All payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. In the rare case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [insert contact email].

We do not accept returns for items damaged through wear, misuse, or alteration.

We guarantee our Products are of satisfactory quality and fit for general use. Each Qobesi piece is handmade and may contain natural imperfections.

This does not exclude our liability for death, injury, fraud, or other cases where exclusion is not legally permissible.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions for deliveries made outside Egypt. Contact your local customs office for details.
