Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at qobesijewellery@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item.

We advise all customers to thoroughly review their orders before checkout and to handle all pieces with care upon receipt.
